Beloved father, brother, partner John Worley passed away November 6, 2021 at Yakima Memorial Hospital. John was born June 10th, 1965 to Donald Sr. and Lucille (Andrews) Worley in Compton, CA. Johns' family moved to the Yakima area in 1976. He attended Davis High School.
John's love for all things cars and racing led him to many years of working in the automotive industry as a mechanic. He spent many years racing at Yakima Speedway at the circle track. Wanting a change, he studied hard and obtained his CDL and started driving semi-truck for a living. He drove semi-truck for Yakima Steel for 10+ years. John loved cars, racing them and working on them. Sundays, you'd find him watching Nascar.
John's favorite times were spent with family, most especially his kids, and friends doing anything. Picking on everyone, but most especially driving Beth nuts. Camping, shooting, riding quads and side by sides, bonfires and beers! John took great pride in sharing his whiskey collection with the guys! If John was home, you'd find him in his shop working on some project or helping friends or family fix their cars.
John was the first person to show up when you needed something. And always the last to leave, watching out for everyone else. He would give you the shirt off his back, (if he was wearing one) and never ask for anything in return.
John is survived by his love Beth Myers, children, Hannah (Miki), Jay (Kayla), Breanna, Whitney, McKenna (Kayle) and Avrie, his grandchildren, Adrik, Abigail, Ayden and Madison, siblings Verona (Peach) Worley, Donald (Butch) Eileen Worley, William (Billy) Denise Worley, Chris (Darlene) Worley, and Charles Michael Worley. John was preceded in death by his parents Don Worley and Lucille Worley (Andrews), grandparents Edna and Ed Andrews, uncles Robert Worley, Bob Andrews and Eddie Andrews.
A Graveside Service will be held on Monday, November 15th at West Hills Memorial Park at 1:00pm.
