Robert C. Lomison

Robert C. Lomison

Chairman of the Board

Robert Lomison is Chairman of the Board and former President of Letum, Inc., a Pennsylvania based corporation which owns and operates cemeteries and funeral homes in Louisiana, New York, Pennsylvania, Texas and Washington State. He entered the business in 1981, as a memorial counselor in West Chester, PA and held a variety of sales management positions at cemeteries in Pennsylvania, Virginia and West Virginia. 

Lomison is a Past President and a member of the Board of Directors, Pennsylvania Cemetery Cremation Funeral Association; member of the Death Care Management Council; International Cemetery Cremation Funeral Association; National Funeral Directors Association; Washington Cemetery and Funeral Association; Louisiana Cemetery Association and New York State Cemetery Association. Presently, is a member of the Finance Committee of the ICCFA. He has been a speaker at numerous cemetery industry trade association meetings and sales seminars. 

Lomison is a 1977 graduate of Lock Haven University, Lock Haven, PA. A member of the University Foundation Board of Directors, and has served as chairman of the Long Range Planning and Audit Committee. In 1999, he was awarded the Alumni Service Award by the University. A conference room in the Alumni Center is named in his honor. 

He is a Past National President and currently Chairman of the Triangle Trust Fund, Phi Mu Delta National Fraternity. In 1998, was inducted into the Distinguished Service Chapter of the national fraternity. 

As a member of the Montoursville Presbyterian Church, he has served on numerous boards and committees. He serves as a volunteer and board member for a variety of community activities and was recognized in 1998 by the South Central Aids Assistance Network for his outstanding contributions

Craig S. Schwalm

Craig S. Schwalm

President

Craig is the President and Chief Operating Officer, and is a member of the Board of Directors. He is responsible for the operations of the Company's cemeteries, funeral homes and crematories. He entered the industry in 1991, as a seasonal groundskeeper during high school. 

Craig graduated from Lock Haven University in 1997, with a degree in Sociology, and started his career in earnest as a memorial counselor at William Howard Day Cemetery, Steelton, PA. He became Vice President – Operations of Letum, Inc., in 2004, and was promoted to his current position in 2006. 

He is the President of the Pennsylvania Cemetery Cremation and Funeral Association, and a member of the New York State Cemetery Association. He is a graduate of the International Cemetery Cremation Funeral Association University. 

He and his wife Deanna have two children Gannon and Grant.

Dawn Jansen

Dawn Jansen

Administration

Dawn is the Administrator for West Hills Memorial Park & a life-long resident of Yakima. She entered the industry in January 1982 as a weekend receptionist for two local funeral homes. In June 1983 she was invited to join West Hills advancing from Office Coordinator to Central Accounting Clerk. In July 1990 she received her promotion to Administrator.   

While working, Dawn graduated from Yakima Valley Community College with an A.A.Degree emphasizing business & accounting and later received a Full Charge Bookkeeping Certificate. 

A position that was originally intended to provide "stepping-stone" experience has turned into a worthwhile, challenging and satisfying career of caring for others during their time of need. In her off-time, Dawn enjoys spending time with her family, friends & pups. She is a member of the Yakima Women's Bowling Assoc; enjoys a variety of outdoor activities; traveling, especially in the mountains & to the beach; relaxing with a good book; and, of course, is an avid fan faithfully following the Seattle Mariners & Seahawks.

Rick Bisconer

Rick Bisconer

Grounds Manager

Rick Bisconer is the Grounds Manager for West Hills Memorial Park. Since 1981 Rick has been taking care of and maintaining our beautiful park. Along with maintaining the park Rick takes great pride in all landscape and future development needs. He held a vital role in the design and development of two new gardens, The Fallen Heroes Garden and the Garden of Faith.

Rick has shown his dedication to the company in many ways. He has designed and developed many of the new features in the park.  Rick always gives one hundred percent at everything he does and always works toward making the park not only a better place to work but a better place to visit.

Rick's dedication and commitment to West Hills Memorial Park and his family is what makes him special professionally and personally.  When not at the park Rick enjoys running marathons, biking, hiking and camping.

Donn Clasen

Donn Clasen

Groundskeeper

Donn is the Groundskeeper for West Hills Memorial Park & a life-long resident of Yakima. He has been a member of the West Hills family since July 2016. Donn graduated from West Valley High School in 1975 & started his career as an apple farmer from 1982-2014. He then worked as a professional spray applicator for two yrs before joining West Hills.

Donn takes great pride in his work and commits to everything he sets his mind to. He enjoys many sports and spending time with his family. In his spare time he makes the most of it by chasing his granddaughters & having family dinners.

He and his wife, Lianne, married in 1982. Together they have two daughters, who are now married and have children of their own. He is a proud grandpa of three granddaughters.

Jennifer Danko

Jennifer Danko

Vice President of Sales

Jennifer and her husband, Jason, have 8 children and recently had an addition of their 4th grandchild to the family. Jennifer started her career in the Funeral and Cemetery industry in Corpus Christi, TX over 23 years ago. She has held numerous positions in both operations, marketing, property development, and sales management, but most enjoys working on the sales side.

Jennifer owned and operated her own pre-need and monument company in the Chicago area for 8 years prior to rejoining the corporate world. Jennifer and her family recently relocated back to Texas and she joined the Letum team in September 2017.

In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her family, traveling and scrapbooking.

Romaine Smith

Romaine Smith

Family Service Counselor

Romaine Smith is a Family Service Counselor at West Hills Memorial Park.  Romaine has one great passion: protecting families.  After 9 years as a life insurance agent, that passion led him to join West Hills to assist families in their most delicate time of need.

Romaine graduated from Eastern Washington University in 2002.  He and his wife Josefina have 5 children: Isaiah, JJ, Marcus, Kianna, and Jacob.  When not working, Romaine is servicing his community as a high school football and basketball coach.
